RFID Transponder Sales Manager LAM**Become part of our powerful sales team in Latin America as RFID Transponder Sales Manager, for HID Industrial Smart Components (ISC) (m/w/d)**As the **RFID Transponder Sales Manager** for the IDT Industrial Smart Components (ISC) Business Unit, part of HID Global, you will be responsible for driving the revenue and market growth in Latin America. This role will focus on **growing RFID passive transponder sales within all vertical markets**. Special attention will be on the consumable business and logistic market.We are looking for **RFID Transponder Sales Manager** with expertise and knowledge or at least a strong interest in these verticals. HID will provide for the Sales Manager the opportunity to be supported and trained by our business development team to become the next generation of experts in the RFID market.As a **RFID Transponder Sales Manager** you will focus on the following customers; OEMs, system integrators, and distributors operating in these specific environments. In this role, you will work closely with the ISC Sales Leadership and the Sales Support Teams.**About HID Identification Technologies (IDT)**HID’s Identification Technologies (IDT) is a part of HID Global, empowering trusted identities worldwide with smart components and supporting cloud services. HID IDT meets diverse industry needs, facilitating wireless data connection, identification, collection and management across various IoT applications.**About HID Industrial Smart Components (ISC)**The Industrial Smart Components (ISC) Business Unit, within IDT, is a global leader in producing standard and custom RFID Tags and Labels for Industry & Logistics, healthcare, animal identification and fueling automation markets, with manufacturing sites in Malaysia, China und US.As **RFID Transponder Sales Manager**, you will support the ISC Business Unit success by:• Acquiring new customers and developing an existing customer base in the Latin America region and verticals.• Recognize and understand the customer requirements during the pre-sales process and educate customers on HID product offerings that solve their business challenges.• Driving the entire sales process, from prospecting and initial contact, to consulting on product offerings that meet the customer’s needs, to commitment of design-in solutions. Collaborating with product management and engineering specialists as required.• Working with HID sales and marketing management to plan and implement marketing and sales campaigns for your defined customer base to drive brand recognition and grow the business.• Attending and participating in tradeshows, exhibitions, as well as partner events.• Hunting for new customers, maintaining key contacts within existing customers and organic growth within these accounts.• Completing forecasts and revenue reporting by regularly scheduled deadlines.• Building a project pipeline to secure the ISC long-term business growth.• Acting as an industry expert in future market trends, and coordinating with product management on potential new products to meet these trends.• This position will be based in a remote condition and need to have to deal with a global leadership reporting with a minimum level of supervision.• Ability to think strategically, synthesize complex business and financial data and develop innovative solutions for the customers.• Excellent planning, organizational and leadership capabilities.• Flexible and highly motivated, pro-active and intrinsically motivated.**Education and/or Experience**• You must have a degree in electrical engineering, with a technical knowledge in RFID solutions and linked to a high affinity for technical products.• You have 5 to 10 years of sales experience and are confident speaking to all levels of customers (Engineering, Procurement and C-Suite).• Passionate about sales, product knowledge and helping your customers solve business challenges.• Cold calling and remote selling are no strangers to you and you deal confidently with resistance.• Strong experience in hunting, cold-calling, and closing new customers, including social media outreach.• Must be eligible to work in Colombia or Mexico.**Communication Skills**• Communicate in Spanish and English (C1 Level), both verbally and in writing.• Effective and timely follow-up to inquiries from customers, regulatory agencies, or business community members.• Develop presentations and write content as an industry subject matter expert.• Present information to boards of directors, technical managers and/or public groups.• Interact in a professional manner with the Sales team, Business Development Team, Product Marketing, and other departments within HID.• Read and interpret technical journals, specifications, international technical standards, etc.**Computer Skills**• Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.• Experience with SalesForce (or other CRM platform) and Concur is a plus but is not required.**We make it easier for people to get where they want to go** On an average day, think of how many times you tap, twist, tag, push or swipe to get access, find information, connect with others or track something.
