The Partner Manager System Integrator will join our Colombia Sales team organization to help us to ensure we're making our System Integrators' lives easier, more productive and more successful. Beyond technology, the differentiator here is you. How you work with people will create your success in this role. You'll develop and implement sales strategies and plans to meet, or better yet, exceed annual sales goals and grow our market share. Executive-level decision makers to make the difference. You will report to the Sales Manager, Territory. You will be based in Bogotá - Colombia **.**

**Your Responsibilities**
- Manage it. It being the strategy for growing your accounts, and talking to your extended team about your plans so they can support you.
- Influence decisions. You'll qualify customer opportunities, engage resources, and coordinate the solution design and presentation so the customer chooses our solution for all the right reasons.
- Collaborate. You'll work with Industry Managers and your broader account team, senior management and a technical engagement team (domain experts) to plan for and win opportunities.

**The Essentials - You Will Have**
- Bachelor of Science degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent.
- 5+ years of strong experience in relative areas
- Experience in work in partnership within other channels (distributors, OEMs).
- Availability to travel locally greater than 40% of time.
- Fluent English.

**The Preferred - You Might Also Have**
- Software Industry Experience / Annual Recurring Revenue-Subscription model type of experience including customer success organizations.
- Working knowledge of Industry 4.0 and Industrial Internet of Things technologies IOT / IIOT / Software.
- Experience in Large projects pursuit and Multi-site coordination.
