**Virtual Partner Marketing Manager**:

PharosIQ is growing its team in Colombia and we’re looking for a **Virtual Partner Marketing Manager** to support and enable key partners across global programs. If you have strong marketing knowledge, excellent communication skills, and experience managing client or partner relationships, this is a great opportunity to join a modern, data-driven company making a real impact.

- **What You’ll Do**

- Act as a **marketing advisor** to partners, guiding them on campaign creation, product positioning, pipeline measurement, and fund utilization.

- Manage partner marketing funds using tracking and reporting tools.

- Support onboarding and training for partners across platforms, portals, and available marketing assets.

- Provide ongoing support, resolve issues, and ensure partners follow program guidelines.

- Meet established KPIs and deliver reports, insights, and performance updates.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong communication and client-facing skills.

- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing.

- Experience managing partner or customer accounts.

- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented mindset.

- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to different platforms and tools.

- Creativity, problem-solving skills, and confidence in handling objections.

- Proficiency with Office tools and online platforms such as Google and LinkedIn.
