Are you a results-driven sales professional looking to build a career with a global industry leader? **MicroSourcing**is seeking a **Business Development Representative (BDR)** to work directly with one of our valued clients, the leader in aerial imagery, in our Bogota Colombia site.

You will work from our **Bogotá, Colombia** hub, acting as an integral part of the sales team for our client to identify and develop new business through outbound prospecting.

**Your Role**:
As a Business Development Representative, you will partner with Inside Sales, Enterprise Sales, and Account Managers to fuel pipeline growth within specific industry verticals. Your day-to-day will involve:

- **Strategic Research**: Identifying and researching potential clients via online channels, networking, and inbound inquiries.
- **Lead Qualification**: Understanding prospect needs and assessing their alignment with the client's products or services.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Setting appointments and coordinating meetings for senior sales representatives and account executives.
- **CRM Management**: Maintaining an active pipeline and accurate client records within Salesforce, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- **Market Intelligence: Staying informed on industry trends and competitors to uncover new business opportunities.**

**What You Need**:
To succeed in this role with our client, you should possess:

- **Exceptional Communication**: High proficiency in speaking and writing American English, ideally with at least a B2 CEFR level (neutral or American accent)
- **Sales Background**: 1-2 years of experience in sales, business, or an entrepreneurial role is a plus.
- **Core Sales Skills**: Proven ability in prospecting, cold calling, and B2B sales.
- **Technical Savvy**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce or similar CRMs is highly valued.
- **Dynamic Attributes**: A drive for results, the ability to multi-task, and a passion for working in fast-paced, goal-driven environments.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Strong active listening skills and the ability to ask the right questions to solve client problems.
