**ServiceNow Senior Developer**

Being part of Application Services Colombia means joining a collaborative, agile, and growing environment, where your role will be key to strengthening the ServiceNow practice and driving continuous improvement. You will have the opportunity to provide technical leadership, propose strategic solutions, and leave a lasting impact on the evolution of the platformDesign, develop, and maintain solutions on ServiceNow (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or other modules as applicable).- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.- Develop advanced scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, APIs, and integrations).- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and projects within the _ServiceNow Requirements_ program.- Act as a technical reference, providing mentorship and support for complex incidents.

**What we need to see from you**

Senior professional with solid experience developing on the ServiceNow platform, with strong technical leadership capabilities, analytical thinking, and autonomy to make decisions that positively impact both the business and the team.

**Required Skills**:

- Senior-level experience as a ServiceNow Developer.- Strong proficiency in JavaScript applied to ServiceNow.- Experience with integrations (REST / SOAP).- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.- Ability to lead technical decisions autonomously.

**Nice To Have**:

- ServiceNow CSA and/or CAD certifications.- Knowledge of ITIL processes.- Experience in continuous improvement initiatives or digital transformation projects.
