Desarrollador ServiceNow (ITSM)

Estamos buscando un Desarrollador de ServiceNow para trabajar con nuestro cliente, una compañía tecnológica internacional que opera con altos estándares de gestión de servicios y utiliza ServiceNow como plataforma central para sus procesos ITSM. El rol se enfoca en configurar, desarrollar y mejorar funcionalidades dentro de ServiceNow siguiendo las mejores prácticas, bajo la guía de un Desarrollador Senior o Propietario de la Plataforma.

Las responsabilidades incluyen configurar capacidades de ITSM (formularios, tablas, elementos de catálogo, record producers y notificaciones), modificar o crear flujos de trabajo, apoyar integraciones con aplicaciones de terceros y asegurar que las soluciones desarrolladas cumplan con lineamientos ITIL. El rol también brinda soporte para la estabilidad de la plataforma, atención de incidentes y solicitudes, pequeñas correcciones, apoyo en actualizaciones, smoke testing y seguimiento de hallazgos identificados en Health Scan. El puesto requiere actualizar documentación y artículos de conocimiento conforme se implementan nuevas soluciones.

Adicionalmente, esta posición brinda apoyo transversal a otras áreas operativas cuando se requiere, identifica oportunidades de mejora de procesos, promueve la eficiencia y productividad, y mantiene una comunicación clara y orientada al servicio con diferentes equipos y usuarios.

Requisitos mínimos:

  • Título universitario en un área relacionada con informática o tecnología.

  • Certificación ServiceNow CSA (obligatoria); CAD y micro-certificaciones en Flow Designer, IntegrationHub o ITSM son deseables.

  • Conocimiento sólido de buenas prácticas de ServiceNow, incluyendo CSDM, conceptos de CMDB y nociones básicas de JavaScript/Glide API.

  • De 1 a 3 años de experiencia desarrollando o administrando ServiceNow o plataformas similares, incluyendo prácticas profesionales.

  • Se requieren habilidades analíticas fuertes, comunicación verbal y escrita avanzada, y capacidad para trabajar con diversos interlocutores en un entorno multicultural.
