Department Overview The International Channel Marketing Team is responsible for developing and executing all marketing programs across Latin America and the Caribbean, Europe and Middle East, and Asia Pacific to drive demand generation and sales enablement. The team oversees all regional channel marketing strategies, development programs, and campaigns, including digital & content generation, thought leadership initiatives, accountbased marketing actions, channel enablement, customer experiences & events, marketing analytics, and channel partner programs.
**Job Description**:
You will lead a team of marketing professionals focusing on Field Marketing for our ChannelEnterprise business in Latin America & Caribbean. This is a highvisibility role that works closely with the Latin America & Caribbean Channel sales leaders to create a marketing strategy and plan to support and grow the business. This position will
Lead the team that implements all marketing activities in the region, being responsible for the development and implementation of the channel marketing plan in the Region, in line with the sales teams priorities, including channel sellthrough and sellout programs, demand generation for channel marketers, and brand building programs;
Strategically build the Demand Generation plan for LACR, including accountbased marketing ABM, lead generation campaigns, engagement programs, and marketing automation programs;
Develop a strategy for participation in industry events and trade shows, e.g., identify the highest impact venues and optimal format. Ensure participation that drives significant lead generation and maximizes ROI;
Develop and track Return of Marketing Investment KPIs for Field Marketing activities.
Oversee the development of all channel communications newsletters, announcements, etc.;
Manage COOP Funds program, including guidelines, tool usage and obtaining highlevel utilization rates, and aligning the usage with MSI strategy;
Manage Motorolas cobranding marketing tool, creating and adapting new content;
Manage Partner Central, the channel portal for LACR content and administration
Lead partner engagement and enablement activitiesprograms such as rewards programs, webinars, events, and tool adoption across the region;
Create and deploy channel marketing programs to accelerate channel sales and boost channel loyalty to MSI;
Monitor competitive activities and trends within the channel and Create programs to either counteract or exploit them;
Lead regional channel convention for MSI channel partners coordinating with multiple teams, alliances, and vendors;
Participate in regional events, presenting marketing initiatives for the channel;
Manage, along with the Channel Operations team, the channel partners database to ensure it is effectively segmented and updated Salesforce;
Manage and distribute the Field Marketing budget according to the plan;
Utilize demand generation tools, resources, and agencies for campaigns and programs and reporting purposes;
Create integrated programs and demand generation campaigns in alignment with new product launches, comarketing campaigns, existing product upsell and crosssells, and new market development;
Adapt regional content for local use as needed;
Develop and deploy incentive campaigns ;
Develop customer case studies to promote portfolio benefits to customers;
Support local distributors and partners with marketing programs and initiatives that grow sales and provide positive ROI;
Advise other Marketing team members i.e., Customer Insights, Product Launch, Digital Campaigns Marketing, and Lead Management on trends in territoryRegion and support wamplification of regional campaigns locally, and major product launches in the Region;
Study and understand legalregulatory, economic, and any other environmental factors affecting customers in the territory andor influencing their purchasing decisions;
Aggregate and communicate field marketing activities and status to the International Marketing Director;
Elevate most importantrelevant info to be communicated to senior leadership;
Look for commonalities in field marketing processes, activities, etc. to leverage best practices across territories and regions.
