**Posición**: Provider Support Representative
**Horario**:Disponibilidad de lunes a viernes de 8am - 7pm (Franja en la cual se asignarán los horarios)
**Ciudad**:Medellín (On-site)
**Remuneración**: Salario de $1,755,000, mas un auxilio extralegal de vivienda que se otorga atendiendo un plan de beneficios extralegales definidos por la mera liberalidad de la empresa por $945,000, para un total de $2,700,000.
**Descripción**:El representante de atención al cliente (CSR) ofrece un alto nível de atención al cliente en un entorno de centro de llamadas. Como primer punto de contacto para los proveedores, el CSR proporciona una resolución eficaz de los problemas combinando conocimientos técnicos con habilidades relacionales insuperables con el fin de satisfacer a todas las personas que llaman.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Escucha las cuestiones de los proveedores y aclara la pregunta o el problema que el proveedor necesita para encontrar una solución.
- Proporciona la información necesaria para resolver la pregunta o el problema del proveedor.
- Busca los documentos apropiados, como los documentos resumidos del plan, para cotizar correctamente las prestaciones. - Busca información sobre reclamaciones.
- Explica la información en términos sencillos para que el proveedor la entienda.
- Registra todos los detalles en el sistema utilizando la anotación adecuada durante la llamada.
- Mantiene un alto grado de confidencialidad y cumple todas las disposiciones aplicables de la HIPAA.
**Requisitos**:
**-**Experiência mínimo de 6 meses en CSR (MUST BE). Medical, Insurance, Claims background is a PLUS
- Excelente nível de inglés, muy fluido, con el menor acento y un tono muy amigable (MUST BE)
- Excelente actitud positiva, que puedan ser agradables, empáticos, independientes y educados con los clientes. (MUST BE)
- Se necesitan excelentes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales, multitasking. Manejo de Microsoft Office.

Salario: $2.700.000 al mes
