**ACCOUNT ASSISTANT (MARKETING)**

The Accounts Assistant will support administrative activities and be responsible for populating templates templates for invoicing, must maintain and ensure that all job information is accurate and up to date.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Daily activities related to end process such as support the Project Manager to schedule delivery in client warehouse, request invoice to HH Global financial team and deliver to the supplier.
- Populate templates for invoicing purposes
- Organize documents for each project in Ichor
- Create and maintain good professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- To maintain and develop strong relationship with each Account and Project manager
- To manage projects within SLAs
- To maintain and assure all job information is accurate and updated
- Be proactive in solving problems and finding solutions when necessary.
- Optimize delivery of the activities within budget and deadlines.
- Communicate effectively and timely.
- Use know-how to prioritize activities and key deliverables.
- Be able to work independently and help other processes whenever needed.
- Swift resolution of all queries that originate from the central function of HH Global.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Worked on marketing areas at least 1 year
- Have some financial experience, preferable handling invoicing/customer data.
- Self-motivated and with good communication skills.
- Eager to learn and look for information when needed.
- Good organization, autonomy, and sense of accountability.
