We are seeking a remote Lead Content Designer to join our team. In this role, you will define and deliver an end-to-end content strategy for product experiences. Using human-centered design methods, you will conceptualize, write, test, and deliver in-product content. You will also build strong relationships with cross-domain content owners to ensure a cohesive product and brand experience. As a Lead Content Designer, you will contribute to the Design System by creating scalable, reusable standards for content, including mechanics, tone, style, and accessibility.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and deliver end-to-end content strategy for product experiences
- Contribute scalable, reusable standards for content (mechanics, tone, style, accessibility) to the Design System
- Build strong relationships with cross-domain content owners to ensure a cohesive product and brand experience
- Support and manage the team of specialists

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- + years of relevant professional experience
- 1+ year of relevant leadership experience
- Expertise in writing useful, accessible, and natural-sounding product UI content in American English
- Ability to draw from a variety of content strategy/content design frameworks to address complicated human problems across screens and product areas
- Advanced working expertise in Figma and content-specific plug-ins like Ditto
- Working understanding of AI/ML for content design, including NLU development, designing for generative AI, and prompt engineering
- Advanced presentation and storytelling skills, including PPT creation
- Competent facilitation and workshopping skills
- Baseline understanding of headless content management systems and GitHub
- Growth mindset and first-principles thinking
- Relationship building and a 'one team' mindset
- B2+ English level proficiency

NICE TO HAVE
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365
- Experience with content mapping and sourcing for new product experiences
- Experience in defining in-product flows for imagery, user-generated content, and other rich content types sourced through Content Platform/CGS and third-party providers
