RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and develop engaging e-learning courses and programs
- Write clear and concise learning objectives and content
- Use multimedia and technology to enhance learning experiences
- Design assessments and evaluations to measure learning outcomes
- Ensure e-learning solutions align with the needs of the target audience and the business objectives of our clients
- Manage projects and ensure timely delivery of e-learning solutions

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 5+ years of experience in Instructional Design or related field
- 1+ year of relevant leadership experience
- Expertise in designing and developing e-learning courses and programs
- Proficient in using multimedia and technology to enhance learning experiences and design assessments and evaluations to measure learning outcomes
- Strong ability to write clear and concise learning objectives and content
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Proficient in English language with a C2 level of competency
