Lead Instructional Designer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging e-learning courses and programs
• Write clear and concise learning objectives and content
• Use multimedia and technology to enhance learning experiences
• Design assessments and evaluations to measure learning outcomes
• Ensure e-learning solutions align with the needs of the target audience and the business objectives of our clients
• Manage projects and ensure timely delivery of e-learning solutions

**requirements**

• 5+ years of experience in Instructional Design or related field
• 1+ year of relevant leadership experience
• Expertise in designing and developing e-learning courses and programs
• Proficient in using multimedia and technology to enhance learning experiences and design assessments and evaluations to measure learning outcomes
• Strong ability to write clear and concise learning objectives and content
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Proficient in English language with a C2 level of competency
