**Graphic Designer**

**The Details**:

- Type of Employment: Full-time position
- Remote work in Costa Rica / Colombia
- Availability: Start ASAP, Flexible for need to provide notice to current employer
- Report to the Senior Communications and Employer Brand Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Create visual content for our Social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Create and review designs for internal use such as flyers, presentations, icons, documents, and more.
- Edit and optimize photography images.
- Create designs for internal and external swag. Assist with design needs in WordPress and Hubspot.
- Be a steward of the brand.
- Bring your design concepts, from original ideas, to successfully executed final products.
- Clearly present and communicate your visual solutions.
- Participate in KPI reviews and goal setting for creatives.
- Maintain a balance of pragmatism, optimism, and scrappiness.
- Produce audiovisual content for internal and external channels.
- Edit video for social platforms (stories, reels, and publications).
- Collaborate with the Content Creation team designers as needed.

**Required Skills**:

- Degree in graphic design or related field
- 2-3+ years of experience with design.
- English-fluent
- Compelling portfolio of illustrations, audiovisuals [plus], or other graphics Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
- Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
- An open-mindset, prepared to contribute new and interesting ideas
- Able to give and receive constructive feedback
- Excellent communication, prioritization, and time management skillsIntegrity and accountability, produce high quality, error-free work
- Open to learning new tools and techniques
- Understand that digital design is fluid, flexible, and adaptive
- Ability to create visual designs across various promotions and platforms
- Knowledge of accessibility, usability, and future-friendly web standards
- Ability to work on a range of deliverables during the same timeframeExcellent eye for detail
- Able to collaborate remotely
- Desire to continue to grow skill set with ongoing education and training

**Preferred Skills**:

- Photography experience and proficiency with photo-editing software
- Knowledge of WordPress and content management systems
- Familiarity with HTML Experience with Premiere Pro or similar
- General UI/UX understanding
- Typography skills
- Exposure to Agile project management
