About the Role

At IGS we are seeking a **Business Development Manager** to lead sales efforts for our **Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)** solutions.

This role is responsible for identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will play a key part in expanding our presence in the market while collaborating with local and regional teams to deliver high-value solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in RPO.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, proposals, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
- Represent Infotree at networking events, meetings, and industry forums.
- Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to design tailored RPO solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record in **services sales** (experience in HR, staffing, outsourcing, or similar preferred).
- Strong understanding of SLAs, KPIs, and consultative sales strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Advanced English (written and spoken).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, results-driven, and client-focused mindset.
