**About the Role**:
We’re hiring a **Bilingual Virtual Business Coordinator** to provide administrative and operational support across multiple areas of our business. This role combines elements of an executive assistant, appointment setter, and project manager.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
- Handle basic project management tasks
- Maintain records and update databases
- Assist with client follow-ups and inquiries

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Fluent in English & Spanish (Portuguese is a plus)
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently
- Experience with remote work tools (Google Workspace, Zoom, etc.)
