**Job Overview**:
The **Bilingual Virtual PCR** will assist providers and patients in scheduling and coordinating appointments for **Behavioral Health** and **Dental** services. This role involves handling both inbound and outbound calls, updating paperwork and patient records, and collaborating with clinic staff to ensure accurate documentation and smooth appointment flow.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make **outbound calls** to schedule, confirm, or follow up on patient appointments.
- Handle **inbound calls** from patients regarding scheduling, inquiries, or cancellations.
- Review and update **patient records**, appointment details, and other documentation in EMR/EHR systems.
- **Update and organize paperwork** related to patient records, appointment requests, and clinic coordination.
- Collaborate with clinic staff and providers to ensure efficient scheduling and information flow.
- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality in handling sensitive patient data.
- Ensure compliance with **HIPAA** and clinic policies.
- Support other administrative duties related to patient coordination and scheduling.

**Qualifications**:

- **Bilingual (English and Spanish)** required.
- Previous experience in **healthcare scheduling, patient coordination, or administrative support** preferred.
- Familiarity with **EMR and EHR systems** (e.g., AdvancedMD, Epic, Kareo, or similar) is ideal.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and paperwork.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace tools.
- **Two-screen setup** and a **reliable backup internet connection** are required.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience working in **Behavioral Health or Dental** settings.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare documentation.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask efficiently.
- Professionalism and discretion in managing patient information.
