- Location: Smart Office Center - Cra 51B #80-58, Piso 21
- Start Date: May 30th
- Full Time: 45 hours/week | Availability from Monday to Sunday between 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.

What you’ll do:
- Provide legal advice to clients with traffic tickets in the U.S.
- Handle inbound calls, assess the case, explain legal fees, and close the sale
- Convert at least 50% of your calls into successful case sales
- Process payments during the call and manage follow-up communication
- Track legal cases and interact with courts, meeting strict deadlines
- Manage high call volume, especially on Mondays

Your profile:
- High school diploma
- 6 months - 1 year of experience in customer service, legal support, billing or collections
- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Tech-savvy with office software and phone systems
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Professionalism, attention to detail, and teamwork
