Manage case files, track deadlines, and ensure compliance with court requirements Communicate with clients, provide updates, and gather information Draft legal documents (pleadings, motions, subpoenas, settlements) Collect and review medical records, accident reports, and witness statements Conduct legal research on statutes, case law, and regulations Calculate damages (medical expenses, lost wages, pain and suffering) Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or related field 1–3 years of experience in personal injury law Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software Strong understanding of medical terminology and insurance processes Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills Interested?
