Reclatam is seeking an experienced **Legal Assistant** to join our clients reputable **Personal Injury law firm** in South Carolina. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment, takes initiative, and has a proven track record supporting attorneys in personal injury matters. **Experience using Filevine** is a must.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Draft and send **Letters of Representation (LORs)**
- Maintain regular and professional **communication with clients**
- ** Follow up with medical providers** for treatment updates and documentation
- ** Request and organize medical records**
- ** Report claims** to insurance companies
- ** Manage the attorneys calendar**, scheduling meetings, deadlines, and follow-ups
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation in **Filevine**
**Requirements**:
- Minimum **1 year of experience** as a Legal Assistant in a **Personal Injury law firm**
- Proficiency with **Filevine** case management software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus (but not required)
