**Job Overview**

We are looking for an experienced lawyer to ensure quick and effective resolution of legal matters in LATAM and maintain legal documentation in order.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Provide day-to-day legal support of a the project, involving maintenance of the existing legal entities in Latin America, as well as assistance in registering the new ones when necessary;
- Communicate and negotiate with external regulators and authorities to resolve existing legal questions swiftly and effectively;
- Communicate with 3rd party legal support agencies, ensuring they fulfill their duties and meet the deadlines; keep and update contracts with them when needed;
- Specify internal governance policies and regularly monitor compliance of LatAm countries;
- Take part in the corporate procedures, including corporate documents preparation (resolutions, minutes meeting, etc.);
- Preparation of web documents and keeping them up-to-date (i.a., Terms and Conditions, Data Privacy agreements, etc.);
- Review and legal advice on the marketing materials and campaigns launched in the region;
- Support of local employees in legalization procedures;
- Processing of client complaints and official requests running;
- Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in law;
- English and Spanish at a professional level (especially legal & business language);
- Experience in drafting, reviewing, and completing legal documents both in English and Spanish;
- Good knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures
- Good business communication skills;
- High responsibility and attention to detail.

Additional skills that will give an advantage:
