**Responsibilities**: - Develop and coordinate the annual planning and periodic forecasting processes and review results against plans monthly including annual budget planning and monthly estimate process - Conduct Forecasting scenarios for LATAM countries at Legal Entity level - Conduct various ad hoc analyses and strategically address issues that are complementary to the regulatory Planning and Analysis processes at country level - Responsible for the support in the preparation of Legal Entity Forecasting and Performance Management for Latam Countries - Execute time critical activities for client facing Financial Planning and Analysis teams - Assist in the development of review with material for internal senior leadership internal and external regulator reviews - Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision. - Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy. - Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members. - Coordination, consolidation and review of MRM (Model Risk Management) requirements within the team. - **Qualifications**: - 2-5 years of experience in accounting and/or finance - Experience in financial services preferred - Knowledge of financial, analytical, and reporting tools - Demonstrated analytical skills - Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills - Intermediate level in English **Education**: - Bachelor’s degree/University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering and related areas or equivalent experience This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
