**What a typical day will look like**
- Provide services for a few countries: Colombia in insurance and reinsurance and Ecuador in insurance, reinsurance and consulting.
- Participate in larger insurance and reinsurance negotiations. On larger claims, work with the government on insurance and reinsurance issues and superintendency issues.
- Handle regulatory issues with the superintendency, general secretary issues, SARO, SARLAFT and concepts of the superintendency that affect the brokerage business.
- Accompany the client who is in the process of selecting an insurance company and guide the responses to the financial superintendence.
- Regulatory part: we have 2 head offices in insurance in Chicago and in reinsurance in London. Explain the corporate side.
- Advise the business on sensitive placement issues, client interaction issues to explain why not to reject the offer, see how the process is handled with large competition from all insurance brokers.
- Participate in sophisticated claims where we can be imputed and here we enter into the analysis.
- Accompany clients in the most sophisticated insurance and reinsurance cases.
- Handle issues of company contracting, alliances with third parties, etc.
- Handle the company's compliance issues.
- Teaming up with other areas of the company to look at labour issues.
- Handling issues in criminal law, civil law, etc.

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- Experience: 5 years of experience in similar positions.
- Expertise: Knowledge of insurance, claims, compliance, etc.
- Studies and/or specialities: Professional in law
- Languages: Intermediate advanced
