**About Mobile Networks**

Mobile Networks, which includes mobile network products, network deployment and technical support services, and related network management. This business group will offer the full portfolio for customers wanting to buy mobile access networks. It target leadership in key technologies such as 5G, ORAN and vRAN.

**Design & Planning Specialist RAN**

The Design & Planning Specialist designs, analyses, plans, and modifies network components supporting customer communication implementation activities. Develops and evaluates network performance criteria and measurement methods. Prepares the analysis of the short or long-term capacity needs for switching, routing transmission, and signalling. Conducts network architecture design, feasibility, and cost studies. Develops alternative routing scenarios and changes in required sequence of network activities. Conducts economic and population growth studies to determine impact on network capacity and development plan projections. Performs the end-to-end design activities (including surveys, design itself, and as-built) required for a physical network deployment.
Highly skilled in network architectures IP, 3G, 4G, 5G, WIFI, Firewalls, Virtualization, Cloud in different customers. Preparation different documents CIQ, HLD, LLD, IP Planning, Workshops, Commissioning, Acceptance Tests and Troubleshooting with Nokia Care teams.
- Working experience of minimum 5 years with Nokia equipment
- Knowledge in GSM, 3G (WCDMA, HSPA), 4G (LTE and VoLTE) RA, %G is a plus
- Carry out remote support activities

**GENERAL REQUIREMENTS**:

- Engineering degree in Telecommunications or Electronics
- Very Good RAN network knowledge and experience
- System interfaces & protocols
- Trace & logfile analysis tools
- Availability for travel

- Routing and Switching: Understanding, configuring and verification of:

- Nokia scalable IP network
- IP Networking and MPLS
- Services (Overview, Layer2 services, Layer 3 Services, OA&M)
- Multicast Routing
- QoS
- OSPF
- Border Gateway Protocol
- Network and Service Router Security
- Transport Layer (UDP), (TCP), SIGTRAN etc.
- Red Hat and Open Stack knowledge

- IP Network Design 5G, LTE, UMTS, Small cells, WiFi
- Installation, Commissioning, Integration and Test NB, eNB, CPE, BTS Manager - ASiR Manager - Web GUI.

- NDCS HW RM17/18/19/20 - AirScale - OpenRack - AirFrame - NCIR - CBIS - CBAM
- Cloud and Virtualization OpenStack, VMWare, KVM, Oracle VirtualBox

- Technical Manager

- ORAN/VRAN
- Automation skills, good programming level, able to define processes and create automated tools. Good knowledge of Phyton, R, SQL, Apache.
