**Description**:
We are Hubtek, a young and innovative company that provides process optimization solutions to companies in the United States through Co-Managed Talent (Staffing) and Technology (Intelligent Automation). **As a Customer Service Representative some of your responsibilities will be**:

- Provide client with confirmation, and rate quote from system.
- Contact customers to schedule delivery appointments, update re-service delays, waiting time reports.
- Check orders for clear POD (Proof of Delivery) documentation, contact corresponding driver to clear copy. Report to dispatch and billing staff with these documents.

**Requirements**:
**What would help you succeed**:

- Understand the importance of time management and being service-oriented.
- Studies: High School Degree or Bachelors degree in international business, business administration, or logistics related.
- Language: B2+ or C1 English proficiency. Able to have a conversation in english with native american clients.
- Experience in customer service.
