**INTAKE SPECIALIST**

**The Company Solvo Global it's looking for the Intake Specialist**:
You'll interact with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and staff, ensuring follow-ups by attorneys and helping clients through difficult times.

This position involves managing client interactions, focusing on outbound calls and internet leads. It requires **excellent customer service, a positive attitude, strong organizational skills**, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

**Requirements**:

- **English B2 - C1**:

- **Onsite position**:SURAMERICANA - Calle 72 #8-24, Quinta Camacho, Bogotá

**Schedule**: 45 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage client interactions and communication
- Onboard new clients and manage their information
- Maintain accurate client records
- Act as a liaison between clients and the organization
