**About the role**

We are seeking a **Business Analyst - Product Development** to join our dynamic Product Development team. In this role, you’ll serve as the crucial link between business stakeholders and agile development teams, ensuring requirements are transformed into actionable features and user stories.

You will manage the product backlog, drive agile excellence, and help deliver robust and scalable financial services platforms built on Microsoft Azure. This is an ideal role for someone with strong analytical skills, proven experience in financial technology or product ownership, and a passion for creating impactful digital solutions.

**What you will do**:

- Own and manage the product backlog in Azure DevOps (ADO), including grooming, prioritizing user stories, and defining features.
- Translate high-level business requirements into clear, concise, and testable user stories with strong acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Scrum Masters, and engineering teams to refine Agile/Scrum ceremonies and foster continuous improvement.
- Partner with architects and engineers to ensure solutions are both technically feasible and aligned with the company’s strategic vision.
- Lead requirement-gathering workshops, stakeholder interviews, and backlog refinement sessions.
- Define and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure business needs are met and maximum value is delivered.

**What you bring**:

- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Product Owner (FinTech or Financial Services industry strongly preferred).
- Proven ability to act as a bridge between business and technical teams, with strong technical acumen.
- Deep knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in agile development teams.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar tools (e.g., Jira).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.

**Nice if you have**:

- Experience with AI-powered tools for product management (e.g., story generation, requirements analysis, roadmap planning).
- Professional certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, or Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-900).
