**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Analysis and Reporting**:Collaborate with teams to gather and analyze data, generate insightful reports, and present findings to stakeholders.
- **Methodology Enhancement**:Evaluate existing methodologies, propose improvements, and implement changes to optimize business operations.
- **Proposal Evaluation**:Assist in the evaluation and development of proposals, leveraging data-driven insights to support decision-making.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**:Work closely with teams from different departments to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Excellent Communication**:Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey insights and recommendations.
- **Self-Starter**:Ability to take initiative, work independently, and drive projects to completion.
- **Analytical Skills**:Proficient in data analysis and able to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
- **User Stories**:Experience in writing clear and concise user stories to capture and communicate business requirements.
- **Wireframing/Mockups**:Practical knowledge of wireframing tools and ability to create detailed mockups.
- **SQL Proficiency**:Familiarity with SQL for querying databases (select statements, joins, functions).
- **Business Process Diagrams**:Experience in creating flowcharts, swimlane diagrams, system context diagrams, use case diagrams, and DFDs.
- **Project Management**:Demonstrated capability in independently managing multiple complex projects as a Business Analyst.
- **Tools Awareness**:Familiarity with requirement gathering tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps / TFS, Axure RP, etc.
