**Qualifications**:

- 4+ years of recruiting experience with at least 2 years focused on technical or product roles.
- Proven track record of identifying, sourcing, and closing top-tier engineering or product talent.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Preferred**:

- Experience recruiting for high-growth or technology-driven organizations.
- Familiarity with engineering and product role requirements (e.g., software engineering, data, AI/ML, product management).
- Knowledge of sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with competency-based or structured interviewing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct initial screens and coordinate interview processes, ensuring timely and smooth experiences for all stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with People, Operations, and Finance to support headcount alignment and hiring goals.
- Contribute to process improvements to increase recruiting efficiency and quality.
