With 1,000 Fellows and Accelerator alumni, and 1.2M course sign-ups from 193 countries, the Acumen Academy community represents a new generation of social innovators and leaders committed to doing what's right in a world that loves easy. Acumen's Fellows Program is a free, one-year leadership development program. In 2018, Acumen launched its Fellows Program in Colombia to help develop an ecosystem of diverse, moral leaders who are committed to seeing their country succeed and navigate collectively the challenges of the post-accord era. Each year, we select ~25 local emerging leaders to join the Fellows Program. **About the Role** Specific accountabilities include: - Design and execute an annual, Colombian outreach and recruitment plan, in line with regional goals - Define a recruitment campaign while integrating lessons learned from the past - Define campaign goals, new strategies driven by data, and pivot as needed - Outreach to the existing Fellows' community for support and recommendations - Lead the design of all recruitment materials with existing templates (audio, video, images) - Coordinate with Acumen Academy's central marketing team to ensure coherent brand adoption for any new outreach material (social media posts, handouts, etc.). - Manage applicant documents (manuals, instructions) - Manage the applicant tracking system, automations, and operations - Track real time statistics of the selection process to identify gaps and implement adjustments - Serve as the primary point of contact for applicants before, during, and just after selection - Manage our global pool of evaluators (+80 people that support voluntarily throughout the selection process) - Build and manage periodic communications about the selection process including our annual Selection Process report. - Engage the existing Fellows' community in recruiting and selection as part of our Community engagement plan in coordination with the Community Associate - Collaborate with global teams to improve existing logistics and operations of our recruitment and selection strategies - Market and Communicate the local offering - Coordinate with the Community Associate to feature stories of collaboration and impact from our Fellows through the year, as part of the Fellows recruitment campaign - Support the Innovation and Communications Associate to build collateral that promotes and features the value of Acumen Academy's offering in the region - Coordinate with Innovation and Communications Associate on course opening dates, marketing needs, and surface stories of impact of the Programs to share more broadly - Support the design and execution of impactful Course Opening campaigns across channels to drive new audiences to sign up and engage.
