Job Title:
Engagement and Well-Being Specialist

**Job Description**:
The Engagement and Well-being Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing programs and initiatives that promote employee engagement and well-being, working closely with the team to create a positive and supportive work environment for all employees.
** Responsibilities**:

- Generate ideas and creative solutions through direct involvement and participation.
- Create and develop action plans to reduce attrition risk and improve employee retention and satisfaction
- Dialogue throughout the organization at all levels and in all directions is encouraged because what people say, think, and feel matters.
- We will formally assess how we are doing by asking people to take part in our staff opinion survey, publishing the results, and acting based upon this and other staff feedback processes
- Select topics/themes of the activities based on staff feedback and during a weekly calibrate meeting with all stakeholders, this might change from country to country, but we will replicate some activities where participation rates are high.
- Intermediate written and verbal English level (B2)
- In-depth understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistics methods
- Possess great communication skills, creative, resourceful, and a team player
- Strong organizational and project-management
- People-oriented
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-moving environment
- Able to work irregular hours when required for events
- Experience with employee assistance programs
- Experience with diversity and inclusion initiatives
