As a **Patient Outreach Advocate**, you will play a vital role in engaging with patients through outbound calls, focusing on scheduling appointments and conducting follow-ups related to appointments or treatments. The emphasis will be on ensuring accuracy and timeliness in these scheduling tasks, contributing to the overall effectiveness and organization of patient outreach efforts.

- Employment type: Indefinite term type contract- Shift: Monday to Friday | 9 to 6 EST.- Work setup: Onsite, Bogotá or Medellin

**What do you need to succeed?**
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent phone skills with the ability to engage and communicate effectively with patients.
- Proficiency in scheduling and managing appointments using tools like Monday or Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining schedules and patient records.
- Empathy and strong people skills to interact with patients in a compassionate and professional manner.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic healthcare environment.
- English Level: C1

- Conduct outbound calls to patients to schedule appointments and follow-up on appointments or treatments.
- Manage and maintain appointment schedules using Monday or Excel, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing patient inquiries, concerns, and providing information about services or procedures.
- Utilize strong people skills to establish rapport and build positive relationships with patients.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and administrative staff to ensure smooth patient scheduling and coordination.
- Document and update patient information accurately in the system.
- Follow established protocols and guidelines for patient outreach and scheduling.
