**Order Management Specialist**:

Responsible for internal and external customer care (e.g., technical, order assistance, payment-related assistance) and coordination of relevant functions to have complete case ownership and increase customer satisfaction.

**This position reports to**:
Product Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Ensure compliance with the HSE policy for ABB services, risks, and safety.
- Coordination of activities of technical engineers and services, and service providers.
- Technical/consultative support service unit.
- Coordination of services (technical reports, planning of field activities, generation of field execution documents).
- Project management (contact the client, generate a schedule of activities, control of execution costs vs. Offered costs) and follow-up of purchase orders from internal and external suppliers. Monitoring and execution of the factory project, cost control, billing monitoring.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electric, Electromechanics, Industrial Engineering or related.
- Specialization in project management.
- Knowledge and technical expertise in medium and low voltage systems and engineering.
- 5 years of experience in similar position.
- PMP certification and knowledge of SAP.
- Availability to travel.
- Intermediate level of English.
