**Job Description**:
The role will administer the employees compensation, benefits and perks in order to keep a balance between organizational definitions and policies, benchmark, internal equity and satisfaction of our employees.
The goal is to attract, retain and motivate high quality employees while reducing turnover and enhancing our company’s profile as best place to work.
**Responsibilities**:
- Define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned to our company’s strategy and business goals.
- Ensure that compensation practices are following each country legislation and our internal definitions and policies.
- Arrange negotiations and procedures for the implementation and execution of benefits as well as promote their use.
- Participate in salary and labour market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits.
- Use methods and techniques to make databased decisions on direct financial, indirect financial and nonfinancial compensations.
- Maintain records of personnel-related data according his/her processes and present reports as required.
- Act as a consultant in managers decisions and needs, related with compensation, salary bands, job titles, etc.
- Assess employees needs by conducting organisational engagement surveys to find out what motivates and engages employees.
- Support other functions as assigned.
**Qualifications**:
- Degree in business management/industrial engineering/ economics or other related fields.
- Previous working experience as a compensation and benefits specialist for at least 3 years.
- Proven advanced ability in Excel.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, ideally with knowledge in BI tools as Power BI.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; additional education in Human Resource Management will be a plus.
