**Overview**

As a Compensation & Benefits Analyst, you will play a critical role in developing and supporting the execution of our organization's compensation and benefits programs. Your expertise in analyzing market trends, benchmarking data, and evaluating job roles will ensure our company remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent. **Responsibilities**
- Collect and analyze salary data, industry trends, and benchmarking information to make informed recommendations on salary structures and incentive programs.
- Participate in salary surveys and job evaluations to determine appropriate compensation levels for different markets & job roles within the organization.
- Provide administrative support to the benefits team as required including first line response for employee questions.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of compensation & benefits practices, both internally and externally, to ensure market competitiveness and compliance with legal requirements.
- Assist in the development and communication of compensation and benefits policies, ensuring clarity and consistency across the organization.
- Prepare reports and presentations compensation and benefits trends, metrics, and analysis for management and executive teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date data management and reporting.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Compensation Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Proven expert in MS Excel.
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations in multiple geographic markets
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manipulate complex data sets.
- Proficient in using HR information systems and compensation/benefits software tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Familiarity with job evaluation methodologies and market pricing techniques.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain high ethical standards.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
