**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Build and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders in order to socialize and manage changes in benefits offerings and processes
- Coordinate regularly with benefits service providers, outsourced vendors, and brokers on a global basis to support renewals and implementations
- Collaborate with client and employee-facing teams, as well as the Internal People team to identify implementation groups and opportunities for new benefits offerings
- Develop resources associated with pricing, compliance, frequently asked questions, marketing materials, plan documentation, and other information relating to new and existing global benefits offerings
- Identify and resolve operational process gaps associated with new and existing benefits offerings
- Participate in conversations regarding benefits offerings with clients and supported employees
- Partner closely with the Benefits Network Manager and other internal stakeholders to increase efficiencies and ensure the success of benefits products
- Streamline implementation workflows and help to ensure successful benefits product launches

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience in administering global or US benefits
- Ability to demonstrate critical thinking skills and initiative through individual research and drive
- Ability to work across different departments to achieve results beneficial to the larger team
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, including strong execution, and timely and thorough follow-through and follow-up of tasks
- Ability to maintain a strict level of confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion, sound judgment, and diplomacy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, show adaptability and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy with a strong attention to detail
- Strong project management and execution skills
- Technology literate, including Microsoft Office Suite and benefits-specific software; Advanced Excel and Google Sheets ability a plus
- Driven; a team player who brings his/her whole self to the role
