**What success looks like in this role**:
- El Gerente de Compensación y Beneficios será responsable de la gestión de múltiples aspectos de los programas Total Rewards de la empresa para Unisys en los países de América Latina.
- C&B Manager apoya la planificación y ejecución de extremo a extremo de los presupuestos y programas de compensación para Unisys LAC.
- Este rol incluirá responsabilidades para supervisar la aplicación de los programas e iniciativas Total Rewards para Unisys LAC.
- El alcance del rol incluye el diseño, la implementación, la gestión de proveedores, las comunicaciones y la colaboración efectiva con las áreas funcionales apropiadas dentro de la empresa y consultores y administradores externos.

**You will be successful in this role if you have**:
- Profesional en Finanzas, Economía, Recursos Humanos, Administración de empresas, Negocios internacionales, Ingeniería industrial o afines.
- 6-8 años de expeirencia en compensación relacionada, preferiblemente en un entorno multinacional.
- Inglés avanzado (obligatorio).
- Portugués (deseable).
- Fuertes habilidades analíticas, matemáticas/estadísticas, de extracción de datos y técnicas demostradas; capacidad para realizar análisis independientes en profundidad y presentar hallazgos.
- Excelente capacidad organizativa, incluida una gran atención a los detalles, sólidas habilidades de seguimiento; Orientado a plazos y capacidad comprobada para priorizar y realizar múltiples tareas.
- Se requiere dominio avanzado de Excel.
- Capacidad demostrada para desarrollar e implementar mejoras y eficiencias en la gestión de programas y procesos.
- Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno de equipo remoto.
- Habilidad para desarrollar, lanzar y monitorear materiales de comunicación efectivos que mejoren la comprensión y el valor de los programas de compensación global.
- Fuertes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita con capacidad para desarrollar, vender e implementar programas, políticas y procedimientos de manera efectiva. Habilidades de facilitación y presentación por encima del promedio.
- Experiência en sistemas de clasificación de puestos y análisis e interpretación de datos de mercado (Mercer, Hay, Willis Towers Watson, etc.).
- Conocimiento práctico de Workday.
- Certificación de Profesional Certificado en Compensación (CCP, por sus siglas en inglés), o actualmente en busca de la designación de CCP (preferido).
