**Exciting Bilingual Human Resources Specialist Opportunity at Trans-Pro Logistics Inc**

Join **Trans-Pro Logistics Inc**, a dynamic and rapidly growing third-party Transportation and Logistics provider with over three decades of experience. We specialize in freight services across Canada, the United States, and Mexico, delivering exceptional transportation solutions to our expanding client base.

With our headquarters in Montreal and offices in Toronto, Calgary, Mexico, Colombia and Ukraine, we are now looking for a talented **Human Resources Specialist **to join our team in Bogota, Colombia.

**Your impact**:

- Oversee recruitment, hiring, and talent acquisition processes for Colombia and other offices.
- Facilitate induction processes. Manage compensation and benefits.
- Oversee employee relations and handle terminations, among other HR functions.
- Continuously research new strategies to attract top talent.
- Provide personnel support for Colombia and eventually handle payroll reporting.

**Your qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related fields.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written-spoken). French is an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and independently, while staying detail-oriented and multitasking to meet tight deadlines.
- Leadership, change management, excellent interpersonal relations, process integrator, conflict resolution, talent development capability, excellent verbal and written communication.
- Position details: 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Full time, with an immediate start._
- The interview will be conducted in English. CV in English is required.

**Salary**: $3,500,000 - $4,500,000 per month
