HR Operations Specialist

The Human Resources Operations Specialist is responsible for executing HR transactions within the HR System, responding to Manager and employee human resource process and tool-related questions, and processing company payroll.
**How you will achieve success**:
- Respond to and process HR Ticket requests via JIRA
- Process payroll timely and accurately to include timekeeping and invoice reconciliation
- Complete verification of employment requests
- Work with global benefit provider to ensure newly eligible employees are added to the plan
- Respond to benefit related inquiries and works with benefit vendor as applicable to resolve issues
- Provision access to HR, Recruiting and Global Contractor Tools
- Process HR Transactions in the HR System such as departmental changes, Job title changes, Manager Changes, salary increases, worker category changes, promotions, terminations, data corrections etc.
- Initiates onboarding and creates employee records
- Fulfills report requests
- Responds to benefit inquiries
- Partners with other teams to provided necessary information for successful onboarding and offboarding
- Working with your team to understand the big picture of the company direction and how they can contribute
- Promoting commitment to our vision and culture
- Continuously looking for opportunities to increase efficiency
- Other duties as assigned
**What experiences will help you in this role**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, other related field or the equivalent work experience
- 1 - 3 years experience in a similar role in a collaborative, agile and fast pace company
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to take initiative, be proactive and work with autonomy
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage priorities
- Ability to function well in high-paced, agile and virtual environment
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent ability to influence
- Knowledge of global recruiting practices preferred
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills including HR systems
- Has an available work-from-home setup
