Talent Partner - Culture & Employee Journey

It is an exciting time for talent and learning at Kimberly-Clark (K-C), as part of the Global Talent Management team, the Talent Partner for Culture & Employee Journey will act as an internal consultant to transform our culture through employee engagement
**Responsibilities**:
- Creating and implementing innovative organization-wide employee continuous listening and engagement initiatives that foster inclusion and connectedness to each other and the company’s business strategy
- Bringing K-C’s employee value proposition throughout the employee lifecycle through various touchpoints and experiences
- Partnering with the team’s content strategist to embed the company’s culture as defined in Talent Management global processes, initiatives and organization-wide communications
- Design, deploy, and evaluate effective and efficient engagement assessment tools, including surveys, focus groups, and other measures to gather authentic and meaningful employee feedback.
- Collects, analyzes and/or interprets employee metrics against industry norms
- Share survey findings with key stakeholders (people managers, leadership teams, larger HR teams, etc.).
- Collaboratively create and support a comprehensive and sustainable continuous listening strategy.
- Create and/or edit tools, training materials, and resources to help partners and leaders successfully build action plans based on employee survey results.
- Influence and provide best practice solutions to support improvement and management of people strategies to obtain desired outcomes.
- Create and implement innovative employee engagement initiatives across the organization to cultivate an inclusive workplace.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and customize location/function-based solutions that are consistent with the overall employee engagement strategy.
- Identifies opportunities for improvement related to employee engagement, satisfaction, retention, eNPS, etc.
- Manage employee onboarding and exit processes.
- Coach and advise managers through all elements of the employee lifecycle.
- Work closely with business partners and other specialist areas to ensure resource and support is in place to successfully execute plans.
- Conducts research and assesses employee engagement and culture adoption efforts and effectiveness.
- Develops and provides recommendations to business partners for data-driven engagement actions and decisions

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; B.S. in industrial/organizational psychology preferred or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience with working knowledge of Human Resources, Talent Management, Learning & Development
- Experience with Glint or other employee engagement platforms preferred
- Experience with data collection, analysis survey design and best practices
- Tracks and presents engagement and culture related performance metrics
- Proven experience working in a fast moving and agile environment
- Experience implementing and managing recognition platforms
- Proven track record of developing, driving and delivering against implementation plans
- Ability to collaborate, influence and build relationships with all levels within the organization, from the individual contributor level to the executive level.
- Innovative and creative problem solver to explore new approaches to talent programs and metrics to measure of effectiveness of programs.
- Strong project management and process management skills.
