**What you will learn and contribute to**

The HR Specialist provides specialised expertise / contributes to the definition of HR programmes and policies / administers and supports HR activities as well as HR processes for the specific HR area.
- Works as a functional expert, providing professional expertise within a functional area of HR.
- Works effectively in a mixed environment and uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services (EG developing a new or significantly improved delivery methods)
- Has in-depth business knowledge and uses understanding of how relevant areas integrate to achieve objectives
- Uses advanced analytical skills to solve complex problems or problems that do not have routine solutions and takes a new perspective
- Shares initial ideas for professional direction of own organisational unit.
- Acts as a professional advisor and mentor for staff/ workteam/ taskforces.
- May lead projects with manageable risks and resource requirements or small teams, as well as create processes for limited area, handles day-to-day staff management issues, including resource management and allocation of work.
- Supporting implementation and development of global end-to-end processes and information services where HR data is needed.
- Managing and supporting Global / Regional HR support and services
- Contributing to a specific HR tool, process or product development project or product evaluation or improvement of own field of expertise. Provide support in conducting researches on assigned HR projects.

Provide administrative project support: Data analyses, monitoring and ensuring data quality, creating documentation and knowledge management. organising delivery of training and development for HR community or for managers.
