We are looking for a
**Talent & Culture Business Partner** to join our team at Globant To support our native technology services company where innovation, design, and engineering meet scale. We use some of the latest technologies in the digital and cognitive field to empower organizations in every aspect.
- You will get the chance to:_
- Work with professionals who have created some of the most revolutionary solutions in their fields.
- Be responsible for providing local support to Globers.
- Be a Globant culture and values ambassador.
- Take an analytical consulting approach to people issues.
- Interpret and explore business problems using people data.
- Organize, present, and welcome new hires with Onboarding and follow-up.
- Ensure compliance with our Code of Ethics. Follow the process and work with the committee to follow investigations.
- Manage and organize events at the country level.
- Define working mood strategies and tools.

- Intermediate English skills.
- Relevant data management experience in people areas.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, Industrial Engineering, or another related degree.
