**Company Overview**
LinkPitch, a dynamic and rapidly expanding link-building company renowned for delivering
exceptional results and reliable links to clients, is seeking a Director of Operations.
With a 15-people remote team that is geographically distributed in LATAM countries, LinkPitch specializes in scalable outreach-oriented link building to provide high-quality, relevant links that benefit customers’ sites for the long term.

**Role responsibilities**
As a Director of Operations, you will be responsible for:

- Planning and overseeing the daily operations of the organization to ensure goals and
objectives are achieved
- Monitoring productivity by analyzing performance data and activity reports
- Organizing the schedules and work of the entire staff
- Determining the need to augment the staff and managing the hiring process
- Overseeing client delivery, as well as being accountable for the Finance/Admin area
- Conducting performance reviews that are timely and constructive
- Being in charge of training and development programs
- Being the point of contact for Human Resources related issues and needs
- Operating as an advisor to the Founder & CEO in operations strategy and development
- Creating and updating the organization’s SOPs
This role reports to the Founder & CEO.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience as Head of Operations, Marketing Manager or as a Team Manager at a Marketing agency
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields, or equivalent
work experience
- Excellent managerial skills and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient level of English
- Complex problem solving skills
- Competency in project management tools and software
- Startup mindset and ability to overcome challenges and meet tight deadlines in a
fast-paced environment
- Experience in managing remote, distributed, multicultural, and diverse teams
- LATAM timezone

**Nice to have**:

- Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) and previous experience
implementing it
- Familiarity with the following tools: Ahrefs, Pitchbox, and data analysis tools like KNIME
Compensation
- Competitive salary in USD
- 10-days yearly vacation, plus the week between Christmas and New Year, plus
country-specific holidays calendar with about 10 additional days
- Contract type: full-time, 100% remote

Pay: $11,000,000 - $15,000,000 per month
