Collection Associate**

**Acerca de este rol**:
Ser el punto primordial de enlace entre Nielsen y sus clientes para gestionar las cobranzas de los servicios prestados, así como la gestión y negociación para la resolución de disputas de cobranza.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Realizar el proceso de cobranza con el fin de asegurar el pago de facturas de acuerdo a las políticas y procedimientos en Nielsen.
- Elaborar y analizar las información (Facturas y pagos) de los estados de cuenta de los clientes con el fin de aclarar y conciliar posibles diferencias entre las partes
- Accionar de manera interna de acuerdo a los procesos establecidos con el fin de solucionar las disputas de cobranza con los clientes Nielsen
- Identificar y cobrar cédula de cartera vencida para evitar posibles contingencias en la recuperación de recursos basándose en la política de procedimientos establecidos en Nielsen.
- Determinar acciones conjuntamente con el área comercial para recuperar los recursos de cartera vencida basándose en proceso interno de Nielsen.
- Analizar los contratos negociados por el área comercial para asegurar el cumplimiento de las obligaciones contractuales, de acuerdo con los procedimientos establecidos en Nielsen.
**Acerca de ti**:
Si eres una persona que le apasiona el seguimiento con los clientes, laborar en procesos de cobranza, y cumplimiento y aseguramiento de los targets esta oportunidad es para ti.

**Requisitos**:

- Al menos 2 años de experiência en Contabilidad General / Crédito y Cobranza
- Formación académica en Administración de Empresas o Contaduría.
- Inglés y Portugues Avanzado
- Excel Intermedio
