**Position Summary**:
ViaCheck Check Guaranty Assistant supports variety of tasks, providing risk operations support along with ViaCheck Check Guaranty, helping to reach ViaCheck OKRs.

**Responsabilities**:

- Perform Risk Analysis of checks presented for decision
- Review and approve checks placed On Hold
- Support customers with answering inbound calls on service
- Review documents sent by mail or fax and provide response
- Review Top Makers and update analysis
- Post returned items and adjustments
- Collect or provide returned check information to collection agency
- Perform Bank reconciliation
- Maintain and send returned check report to designated units
- Follow-up and call new or existing agents that have low or do not have check transactions.
- Reconcile as needed any accounts directed by supervisor
- Any task required for the supervisor or Director of ViaCheck

**Experience & Skills Neeeded**:

- Experience in a high inbound call environment
- Ability to multitask and provide prompt customer service in a high-volume environment
- Prior check collection experience
- Prior check processing experience of a minimum of 3 years or similar
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficient mathematical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- High School Diploma
- Flexible Schedule
- Fluent in English

**Work Conditions**:

- This position is executed in an office setting. Requires regular use office equipment like computers, phones, copy machines, Filing cabinets and fax machine.
