**Position Summary**
This position Supports department quality and productivity, provides coverage for all AR US/CA, provides coverage for all AR responsibilities, develops and implements process improvements, and interacts with both internal and external customers daily. Performs other duties as requested.
**Responsibilities**:
- This position performs A/R duties which includes balance payments, adjustments in ISPS/Probilling, Brokerage Operations, ISPS (International Shipment Processing System), ETT (Electronic Tracking and Tracing), CRIS (Customer Resource Info System), ARINQ (Accounts Receivable Inquiry), FVT (Full Visibility Tracking), LARCS (Local Accounts Receivable and Collection System), Probill, On Demand, PPS (Payment Processing System) and AR Batch.
**Education and Work Experience**:
Professional technology experience in accounting and leadership experience - At least +2 year preferred
**Other Job requirements**
- Strong written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with mínimal supervision and a high attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
English skills (80%)
**Schedule**:7:00 am a 5:00 pm - Monday to Friday
The Position is Hybrid or rotating.
