Job Overview

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct initial screening interviews in both English and Spanish to assess communication, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Write and post clear, engaging job descriptions aligned with company standards.
- Build and manage a talent pipeline for ongoing hiring needs in the U.S. and Colombia.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and report regularly on hiring metrics.
- Participate in employer branding efforts to attract high-caliber talent.
- Stay up to date with labor market trends, especially in healthcare and bilingual talent pools.

**Required Qualifications**
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced or healthcare-related environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment with hiring targets and deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (e.g., Breezy, Greenhouse, or similar).
- Available to work on-site in Sabaneta, Medellín.
