Oferta Laboral: Bilingual Senior recruiter Horario: Lunes a Viernes 8:00 Am - 5:00 Pm Descripción del puesto: Buscamos un/a Reclutador/a Senior motivado/a y detallista para unirse a nuestro equipo de Adquisición de Talento. Este puesto de nivel inicial es ideal para alguien apasionado/a por la selección de personal y con ganas de crecer en un entorno dinámico. Apoyarás el proceso completo de selección, centrándote en la búsqueda, selección y coordinación de entrevistas para diversos puestos. Responsabilidades Colaborar en la publicación de vacantes en plataformas internas y externas. Buscar candidatos a través de portales de empleo, redes sociales y networking. Realizar revisiones iniciales de currículums y entrevistas telefónicas. Programar entrevistas y coordinar con los responsables de contratación. Mantener un registro preciso de los candidatos en el ATS. Habilidades y cualificaciones De 3 a 5 años de experiencia en reclutamiento o RR. HH. Nivel de inglés conversacional avanzado (B2+/C1). Experiencia en reclutamiento BPO. Requerimientos Educación mínima: Bachillerato / Educación Media. 1 año de experiencia.
