**Director Of Architecture**

Torero Global Corp provides a wide range of professional services covering Architecture, Master Planning, Urban Design, Landscape Architecture, Interior Design, Fire Engineering, Civil and Structural Engineering, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Value Engineering, Cost Control & Quantity Surveying, Contract Administration, Project & Construction Management, Planning, Social Economic Development, Logistics, and Developer Services.

The business operates from its bases in the USA, Mexico, Colombia, UK & Ireland utilizing the skills and resources from our global specialists for the delivery and design of projects throughout the world. Torero Global Corp has extensive knowledge and worldwide experience in a variety of sectors such as, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Education, Master planning, Mixed use, Residential, Biomedical, Leisure, Commercial, Retail, Logistics, & Industrial. We work on International projects in Europe and Middle East and work with our multiple disciplinary design teams based in Ireland and Mexico to design and deliver cutting edge architectural projects.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Understand the business goals, objectives, and strategies of the company and how they relate to the technical architecture.
- Work with stakeholders across the organization to understand their requirements and pain points.
- Develop a long-term vision for the technical architecture of the company and create a roadmap to get there.
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that meet the needs of the business.
- Stay up to date on the latest industry trends and technologies and how they can be applied to the company.
- Evangelize the technical architecture within the organization and build buy-in from all stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure that the architecture is being followed and that best practices are being used.
- Help the engineering team troubleshoot issues and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor the performance of the architecture and make changes as needed.
- Create and maintain documentation for the architecture.
- Train new employees on the architecture.
- Handle escalations from the engineering team and other stakeholders.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years professional experience in architecture, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Registered architect in good standing with the AIA or equivalent.
- Demonstrated success in project management from concept to completion.
- Thorough knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methods.

**Preferred Skills and Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in architecture or engineering.
- LEED AP or similar green building certification.
- Experience working on healthcare, educational, or commercial projects.
- Experience in business development and marketing.

**Compensation**:

- Salary - 7,500,000 to 8,500,000 COP per month
- Bonus - 250,000 to 1,000,000 COP per month (eligible after the first two months, based on performance and attendance)
- Schedule - Monday to Friday - 6am to 3:30pm (1 hour lunch)
- Employment Type - Freelance

**Salary**: $7,500,000 - $8,500,000 per month
