Art Director

**RedValley** is seeking a proactive and strategic **Art Director to join our team.** The Art Director's role is pivotal in translating concepts into visually compelling realities, collaborating with diverse teams to align artistic elements with project goals. The Art Director develops innovative and creative visions, maintaining consistent visual identities across platforms. **What You'll Do**
- Develop and communicate a clear creative vision for projects, campaigns, or products by collaborating with clients, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to understand project goals and requirements
- Lead and inspire the team of graphic designers, illustrators, and other creative professionals by providing guidance and feedback to ensure the team produces high-quality work that meets project objectives.
- Generate innovative ideas and concepts that align with project goals and target audience.
- Oversee the entire creative process from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
- Skillfully communicate with all project stakeholders and incorporate feedback into the design to ensure successful project completion.
- Maintain and evolve the visual identity and branding standards across all platforms and channels.
- Utilize design software and tools proficiently to create and edit visual content.

**What You'll Bring To The Team**
- Bachelor’s degree in visual design, graphic design, Fine Arts, or related field.
- Project Management designation or certificate an asset.
- 10+ years of proven experience in visual design and graphic design.
- 5+ years of proven experience as an Art Director or in a similar leadership role.
- Extensive portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects.
- High proficiency in design software and tools (Adobe Creative Suite).
- High-level understanding of design thinking, brand strategy, and typography.
- High-level knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of the MetaBusiness suite and mail list services knowledge an asset.

Pay: $8,000,000 - $12,000,000 per month
