As our Creative Director, you'll have the chance to shape our brand's aesthetic, contribute to our growth trajectory, and take on a hands-on role in creative projects that might not be available at larger organizations. We're now looking for a dynamic, hands-on Creative Director with a passion for design and the ability to transform ordinary into extraordinary. Your role is not just to set the vision for our brand's aesthetic, but to be actively involved in bringing that vision to life. You'll be at the forefront of our creative initiatives, enhancing our on and off Amazon presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute multiple graphic design projects, ensuring timeliness and team accountability.
- Drive creative direction, while actively participating in design creation, staying updated on visual trends for a high-end market.
- Conduct competitor research for photography inspiration.
- Develop detailed photography briefs to highlight product benefits and maintain aesthetic cohesion.
- Create inspiring mood boards for photoshoots.
- Maintain aesthetic standards and brand identity throughout design production.
- Collaborate with photographers, designers, copywriters, and marketing managers.
- Uphold and enhance the brand's visual guidelines.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience leading and executing creative projects.
- Strong understanding of color, composition, typography, and graphic styles.
- Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Highly organized and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Desire to innovate, excel, and embrace change.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Experience with 3D production is a plus.
- Familiarity with Amazon photography or graphic design is a plus.
