**Job Description Summary**:
Practicantes que formen parte del equipo de Service Center serán responsables de brindar soporte a nuestros Especialistas de Servicio al cliente, completando tareas de carácter administrativo, apoyando con proyectos especiales orientados a la Satisfacción de clientes, acompañando procesos de gestión de servicio técnico y generando reportes e información que contribuya a agregar valor para la organización interna y para nuestros clientes.

**Actividades**:
- Soporte a la coordinación de servicios y gestión de soporte técnico (Support in the service coordination and delivery processes);
- Participación en proyectos de Satisfacción de clientes;
- Reportes y mecanismos operacionales relacionados a mejoras de procesos y rendimiento.
**Requisitos**:
- Estudiante de Comunicación, Marketing, Ingeniería Industrial, administración, Gestión de Proyectos y cursos relacionados;
- habilidades de comunicación en Inglés (verbal y escrita);
- conocimientos del entorno Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc).
